drinkaware.co.uk Please drink responsibly wedding venue The Venue & Sports Bar is set within the grounds of Frome Town Football Club and is one of the biggest premises in the local area available for hire and is an ideal location to celebrate your perfect day – one that we hope you allow us to share with you. Our wedding brochure which is available by contacting the Venue has been produced to give a basic outline of what we can provide for you and also includes some contact details for businesses you may like to consider using as well. The Venue is the main room available for hire and as part of your package you also will have the use of a separate side room which is ideal for laying out food for a buffet away from the main party. Normally the Venue can comfortably seat 150 people for a sit down meal while a more casual seating arrangement for buffets and evening parties can see an increase to around 250. The Venue has its own dedicated bar facilities which stock a wide range of both alcoholic and soft drinks and is manned by friendly and helpful staff who will help with any enquiries. The premises has its own in house catering team which is run by SILVER SPOONS CATERING LIMITED  and is the recommended supplier for catering services. However some people do prefer to either bring in caterers of their own or even provide food themselves. We do allow people hiring the facility to do this but the use of the kitchen, equipment and utensils is not permitted and all responsibilities/liabilities sit with the hirer. We like to be involved at every step of the way with your booking so we can make sure that you get exactly what you are looking for and your big day is one you will look back on with great memories. To start the process we would ask you to complete the form(s) available in the brochure and return it to us. We will then arrange a convenient time for you to come to the premises so we can discuss your preferences and choices while also confirming your requirements. A quote will then be sent to you confirming the discussions and choices made which we would ask you to check. To confirm a booking we would ask you to return the stated deposit along with the paperwork supplied. You will then receive a receipt of payment and notification of any further payments due. You can amend your booking at any time to include additional item. Nearer the date of your wedding we can arrange another meeting to discuss table layouts and to confirm any other last minute changes or details.
