drinkaware.co.uk Please drink responsibly body basics BACKGROUND We have our own independently run aerobics studio based within the premises called Body Basics which is run by experienced instructors Lindsey Uphill and Gina Fry. They offer all types of classes throughout the week including: Zumba Zumbatomic Bums, Legs and Tums Energiser Meg a Mix Pilates Classes are held in the dedicated studio and are friendly, fun and professional. ZUMBA Zumba - one of the World's fastest growing fitness programmes.  It fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a workout that is so much fun, you may be forgiven for not noticing the exercise!! With Zumba our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out and  to get hooked! If you love your workout, you will stick to it, and the results will really show! Zumba is suitable for all – if you can walk, you can Zumba!  What is unique about Zumba is its continuing motivation throughout the session using variety in music, speed and fitness variations.  It mixes fast and slow rhythms from all different cultures – predominantly Latin, there’s salsa, cha cha cha, reggeaton, calypso, also hip-hop, bhangra, jazz and even rock and roll!!   Zumba takes many traditional dance styles and makes adaptations to bring the flavour and style accessible to the Group X fitness world. There IS NO right or wrong way to Zumba…. we will set the dances, you dance them with your own style and flavour and work at a level to suit you.  So what are you waiting for? GINA & LYNDSEY Both instructors in Body Basics have been in the fitness world for many years so look no further as you have found the best in the west! Gina is a fully qualified, fully insured ETM fitness instructor who has been teaching classes in Frome since 1992. She is qualified to teach Aerobics, Step, Fitness Pilates, Circuit Training and specialises in teaching Mature Movers, and Bums Legs and Tums classes! She is also trained and licensed to teach Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold. Lyndsey has been teaching aerobic based fitness classes in Frome for over fifteen years and during that time has qualified in Reebok step, Reebok city jam, Pilates, Zumba and Zumbatomic. Both ladies love their jobs and the feeling is like no other, seeing a room full of people having fun working out, and reaping the benefits of all their hard work.   Body Basics aim to ensure that all of their classes are friendly, professional and welcoming to all fitness levels.
